This summer, the gallery is hosting a dynamic exhibition showcasing the colorful and positive work of two incredible artists: Anthony Gralhien and Monica Pascual Velasco. This duo has been selected for their ability to celebrate the forms, colors, and vital energy of our daily lives. Anthony, a trained designer, carefully observes his surroundings and draws inspiration from nature, particularly flowers, to create his works. One can detect the influence of Matisse and even Hockney in his pieces, where nature flourishes while integrating architectural elements, thus reminding us of humanity’s place within an almost untamed nature.
Monica, a multidisciplinary artist, explores color and composition through her sculptures and paintings, inviting the viewer to a contemplative experience. Her approach is characterized by a subtlety in her compositions, evoking a path already traced that facilitates the reading of her canvases. She skillfully directs the viewer’s gaze towards encouraging words integrated into her works or plays with soft curves—almost like enticing ice creams—in her sculptures.
Don’t miss this vibrant and lively exhibition, which promises to delight you all summer long in our gallery!
